Now Texas families are required to undergo expensive litigation to have any chance at fairness -because no one is holding insurers accountable. Groundless defenses- tough! Texas families have taken it on the chin while insurers reap excess profits on their backs. Texas Tort Reform was sold to us as stopping the McDonald coffee idiots. The reality is has handcuffed Texas citizens and placed us at the mercy of money grabbing corporations that could care less whether you die in their care. No Fear to Kill(accidently or not)!
