Here is what it has in store for you:
Earn $45+ per hour including tip
Extra commission paid when customers ask to see you.
Time paid for cleaning per session.
Paid sick leave (accumulated).
Paid for customers who don’t show up.
Food is provided in the employee lounge during breaks.
Cash bonus on employment anniversaries and employee referrals.
Body mechanics team available to coach, focused on injury prevention.
Additional benefits are subject to qualification based on the number of hours worked.

To design and provide Total Body Stretch, to promote flexibility, mobility, circulation, injury prevention, recovery, and performance of members and guests within the scope of practice and applicable licensing guidelines in our state.
Personalization of stretching sessions.
Protecting the customer experience, maintaining customer privacy, and upholding our commitment to security.
Protect our company culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.
Must also be interested in learning and offering our Rapid Tension Relief service using the HyperVolt Percussion device as well as our Kinesiology Tape service.
We only succeed together, so we’re looking for people with the passion and experience to be amazing. Those who thrive in this role are:
Skilled professionals who are certified personal trainers.
Well educated and accredited in their specific field of bodywork. Certified personal trainers must have at least one year of experience in personal training, fitness coaching, therapeutic body work, or a related field and must have a bachelor’s degree in exercise science or a similar field or hold current certification from NASM, ACE, ISSA, ACSM or AFPA or similar program.
Clear communicators who can effectively identify each client’s needs, set clear expectations, and stay in touch with the client throughout the session to achieve each department’s goals.
Full body care champions who can recommend follow-up visits and additional services and products as needed to help clients pursue their wellness goals.
Great teammates who show up on time, ready to step in where needed to get the job done.
